You have up to 28 days to make any returns. You will be able to download a QR code to return your order. Once we have received your order, it can take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.

We do not offer exchanges. Items must be returned in original packaging, in good condition  & seal on the bottle top must be intact for refund to be accepted.
